Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc., or “AVRS”, is a high technology, software development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona.  AVRS specializes in creating interface and application solutions for speech recognition and transcription technologies, and is the owner of certain patents and patent-pending applications related to these technologies.

AVRS first introduced its speech recognition technology in 1994 at an industry trade show.  Digital Dictate™ gained immediate industry recognition for its innovative features and ease of use.  Since that intro, AVRS has introduced over a dozen speech recognition technologies into the marketplace and has marketed and sold its Digital Dictate products with some success.  Perhaps more important than past commercial success experienced by AVRS’s predecessors for its Digital Dictate products, is that AVRS has patent protection of its proprietary speech recognition technology via two issued patents.
