Douglas Holt Co-Founder- Deceased

Prior to founding AVRS, Douglas Holt previously worked as a programmer for Intel Corp.. Mr. Holt was part of a team that developed and marketed the 3D graphics utility software product "Turbo", which was a key application solutions for graphics professionals. Mr. Holt Co-founded the Company with Mr. Davis in 1994 and developed the first product demonstrated at Comdex in 1994.

Joseph Miglietta

Prior to joining AVRS, Joseph Miglietta formed AMMI Technologies, a firm that successfully developed computer based training programs and equipment interface programs for a customer base that included Intel, Motorola, Rockwell International, Silicon Systems, Cypress Semiconductors and Allegro Microchip. Mr. Miglietta worked extensively with the Company in the development of the patent portfolio. He will continue to work with Litigation Counsel. Mr. Miglietta currently works as a systems architect and engineer in Scottsdale, AZ.
